Competitions


GothNoWriMo:  Every October, writers are invited to join in writing a gothic litterary novel ranging in wordcount from 20-70 thousand words. The piece must be an original, new fiction written during the month of October. The site includes many examples and resources for gothic lit, as well as a welcoming community of vibrant authors.

NaNoWriMo:  A month of  writing and insanity that culminates in a 50,000 word novel. The work must be a new, original piece, which is the only criteria. Any genre is welcome, the work is not judged, and the prize is knowing that you can write a novel.
